Tier 1 Tech Support Position handling service requests for thousands of users and devices spread across multiple service yards, offices, and other facilities around the city, in person and via Active Directory and Microsoft Configuration Manager.

Duties split between routine office functions such as installing software and peripherals, and the more involved to resolve IT work supporting the country's first municipal railway in its multiple facilities throughout the city.

On call 6+ hours each working day via helpline, support portal, and chat.

Law Office Assistant

Ensured the smooth filing and processing of a Law Firm specializing in Estate Planning. Utilized OCR and iterative scripting to assess and integrate our records, stretching back more than a hundred and fifty years. My responsibilities also included on-site technical support and guidance, as well as sorting and assimilating current documents.

Math Tutor

Worked with disadvantaged middle school students at a charter school in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Although our instructions were to prepare them for the New York State CORE test, once we got to the school we realized we would be required to engage in remedial instruction as well. Despite difficulty and uncertainty, our efforts were successful, and we were rewarded with improved scores for our students.

Math Tutor

Tutored high schoolers to improve their scores on the SAT college admissions test. A job I held while a college student, it was important to me personally as a struggle which I had recently endured, but also as my way to bridge the gap between "town and gown". A couple of my students kept in touch for a few years afterwards and were happy with where they had landed for college.

Donor Relations Intern

Internship through CIEE study abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Coordinated network of hundreds of charities and their transparency documentation.
Responsibilities included digitalization and publication, as well as onsite technical support.
